That's how it is in NY now. A man can literally beat a pregnant woman's stomach with a baseball bat and kill her unborn child and the only crime he will be charged with is assaulting the woman. Because you know, NY cares about women having a choice in whether or not they want to give birth.
There has already been at least one case like I described above in NY since Democrats in the state changed the law in regards to killing unborn children.
