Ok, so what you are missing is that the increase of minimum wage drives inflation and doesn't combat it. In every case, an increase in minimum wage results in a similar increase in consumer prices over a very short period of time. The second fact you miss is that minimum wage laws reduce employment because employers cannot offer as many jobs even to those willing to work for lower wages because they are forced to pay more We saw this in action in Seattle where an increase in wage caused a significant increase in unemployment and loss of small businesses but hey, let's keep trying to sell your law based on flawed emotional arguments that have long been disproved. The myth you keep perpetuating, beyond the lie that minimum wage fights inflation, is that people are out there supporting families on minimum wage jobs which is a lie and changing minimum wage laws doesn't change that lie either.

tldnr version: You are wrong on every count. Stop using emotional lies to justify more government disruption of the labor market.

Housing prices are the biggest problem imho. Wages haven't increased enough to deal with the surge in the price of housing. A one bedroom apartment around here is like $1200, it's fucking insane. Look at like NY and LA and the problem is even worse.

The credit default swap scheme, that got bailed out, has played a huge role in propping up the inflated value of homes. There really is no question that the banks knew they would get bailed out when the jig was up. Next to covid, which we don't really know how covid will end, the credit default swap bailouts are the biggest heist of public tax dollars in human history.

The bank bailouts wouldn't have been nearly as evil if the home buyers kept the homes.

    You prove I am wrong.

Every time any conservative cites facts here, you and others whine and cry about the source and discount it for some reason or another. Fuck off. You prove I'm wrong or GTFO, I am done playing your game.

Well the food shortages has started to hit my area. Went to the store today and an entire frozen aisle was almost completely empty and what food was left was at least 1 dollar more expensive than I last remember paying.

And no, Seran, they didn't remove all of the frozen food to clean the freezers, the food was just gone.

And also no, Seran, this isn't Trump's fault, this is 100% on Biden. But I'm sure you'll blame Trump somehow anyways.

Thats a lot of words to say, "I don't have one".

You also cited what you consider to be fake news (CNN) as your source further up. So...you either don't believe CNN is fake news or you are intentionally citing fake resources. Interesting.

    You're hilarious.

    I blame your mother, Trebeck.

That fat cow ate up all the freezer section and didn't leave her offspring any scraps.
