AGAIN, you're confusing a governor who is not immune to prosecution and former President, whom was in office and had immunity to prosecution. Trump will face prosecution for acts he allegedly commuted which ARE federal offenses.

Trump violates his oath of office to the county, Republicans and Dreaven cheer his initiative. Cuomo violates his path to faithfully serve New York and resigns, Republicans and Dreaven demand more attention to help fundraising!
