No one is "ok" with her being shot. She has to take some responsibility for what happened. She was going on a "tour" of the Capitol where she had to go through barricades, climb through broken out windows, ignore guards and law enforcement saying "STOP" and deciding for herself that this act was worth a possible violent conclusion. She had to know some police officers and possibly Secret Service agents were on the premises and that their job was to not allow her to proceed.

She was 100% in the wrong and no one with a brain believes she has some sort of right to be doing what she was doing. It's a tragedy that she lost her life, but that is all on her.

I think you are confusing the issue. I believe she made the determination that her actions were worth:

1) Getting arrested
2) Getting into a violent situation
3) Getting hit with pepper spray/rubber bullets
4) Getting shot at

She wasn't being forced into this situation as far as we know.. so she made the decision to break the law, knowing there was that slim possibility of getting shot and even killed. She made a bad decision and paid for it with her life.
