Yea, we know the end is near for Dude.. and I'm not sure I'll be ready for a new dog anytime soon

I've been through it a half dozen times. It doesn't get any easier and seems to hurt more each time. But, I find recovery is a little easier if I have another dog or dogs to hug while I mourn.
