So, you didn't watch the video then? No holes, the guy, with a criminal record and a history of committing crimes, at a riot, chases and participates in an attack on this kid. Then like many ambush predators, tries to get close without raising suspicion, then DRAWS HIS WEAPON once close in an attempt to use it, once close, and gets shot before he could draw it.

You are trying to apply rational thought (I know, hard for you but keep trying) to the actions of a criminal predator.

There is nothing contradictory when you look at things from the side of a person seeking to attack and kill another.
