Impressive willful ignorance. Window down, handing cash to a person with no mask on does not = driving in car alone. Maybe 1 minute before that while the window was still up, or 1 minute later when again, it is up. But at the moment in the pic you supplied, this description is a falsehood. Especially considering the context of mask wearing in a pandemic. If either of those people in the picture get Covid, this image will be useful for the purposes of contact tracing.
