Honestly I wish the media and Democrats could be consistent for just 24 hours.

First the riots were just a chance for black Americans to be heard.

Then when the riots started getting out of control the riots were actually being carried out by white supremacists.

Then when Trump said he would send in the military if governors couldn't get their shit together suddenly there are no riots and it's just peaceful protesters.

To argue that their client is innocent?

But none of this has fuck all to do with what charges the DA can bring forth against the cop nor what he can be convicted of, but it has a lot to do with how each side will argue their case.

Forensic examiners and coroners are independent. That the DA would have an easier case if it wasn't a bad asthma flare-up is irrelevant. You're hunting up another conspiracy as usual.
