Yes, and when the legislative and executive branches disagree on things who settles it? That's right, the judiciary branch.

I just want to make sure I am understanding you correctly: you are under the false assumption that because the House has the constitutional right to conduct impeachments that means their power is unlimited when it comes to investigating impeachments?

The President, for all that he did managed to land himself a second impeachment charge. I imagine the third, fourth and fifth impeachment charge will follow the same format.

And with each new bogus charge brought through a corrupt and entirely politically motivated process, the Democrats will drive a new spike into their political coffin for the next 20 years if not more. They have blown their load and the House will flip, likely heavily back to Conservative control though even some Democrats are already regretting the process and will turn on this sham. The tears of the next 4 years will be so delicious. As someone once said, our cup runnith over.
