    Dude, as usual.. you're wrong.

It's not a difficult thing to grasp.. yet, here we are.

    When

    The

    House

    Of

    Representatives

    Refers

    The

    Articles

    To

    The

    Senate

    Then

    And

    Only

    Then

    Will

    The

    President

    Be

    Officially

    Impeached

    .

I couldn't possible explain it anymore slowly to you. If you don't get it by now.. you will just have to chalk it up to yet something else that is above your intelligence level.

She is in a tough spot. She is trying to leverage by not giving something the White House and Senate both don't want anyway.
She has 0 room or authority to demand anything from the Senate.

They’re in a panic because they know they fucked up + have dog that caught the car syndrome right now and they know they’re gonna get severely pwned both in the Senate and in the 2020 election.

Would it even be valid then? Or would they have to start it all over since it’s a new House and all that? And this is assuming Pelosi is even still Speaker, which I think there’s a decent chance she won’t be after this gigantic shit show that only the retard elite like Backlash are getting behind.

But for the sake of argument, what do you mean by "passed to the Senate"? That some intern hand delivers the resolution signed by everyone in the House to McConnell? What constitutes a "passing of the impeachment" to the Senate?
It's not up for your opinion though. Like at all.

This isn’t an opinion based debate you fucking mongoloid.

Yes the impeachment vote happened and passed. It still isn’t considered “official” until the House passes it over to the Senate.

That’s it. That’s the fact. It’s not open to opinions. Everyone knows it’s going to happen, but it hasn’t happened yet, so until it does, Trump hasn’t been “officially” impeached.

Also, you’re stupid. Which is a hard fact and not an opinion.

If that is all it is, Back, then why isn't the Senate acting on it already? It isn't considered a done deal until it leaves the House. It hasn't left the House yes, because Pelosi hasn't allowed it to leave the House yet. I am positive it will at some point, but until then, he hasn't been formally impeached.

I'd think it would violate 6th Amendment and the Supreme Court would throw it out and tell them to start over. I'd also assume a different House could simply withdraw the articles and they'd be considered dead.

I'm glad you can see that it is inevitable that this president has been impeached, thus for all intents and purposes is impeached, but what does it mean when you say the impeachment hasn't left the house yet? Seriously, is it delivered in en envelope? Email? What is that process?

The same way any other Bill is delivered, by placing it on the presiding officer's desk or by formally introducing it on the Senate Floor. There is a lot of formality in Government. In the case of Impeachments and Trials, it'll be a House appointed Impeachment Manager that essentially acts as prosecutor that introduces it.

I know you want to live in an America where you are guilty before proven innocent but it doesn't work that way.
This is America and as we've found out, the Criminal Justice system extends only so far as it's politically expedient. Any other citizen who was actively defying a subpoena or caught lying under oath would already be jailed for contempt, yet this isn't an option for a corrupt President. Any other citizen has a right to a jury trial and yet the "jury" in the Senate has already publicly stated it's intentions before the trial even began. This would be grounds for juror dismissal or retrial. Yet again this option isn't available for a corrupt President.

The majority in our country wishes to see Trump removed, yet the Senate and this forum are clearly drinking the Trumper koolaid.

You want the Speaker of the House to have the ability to imprison a sitting President?
