I think having firing squads for confirmed shooters. 100 percent guilt I mean would possibly help with future shootings. I mean some people would still do it, and liberals would never allow that.

If you set the death penalty as a sure thing, there'd be no arrests. Many of those people take the easy way out or force a cop to put them down already. If they know death is coming, they'd probably just go at it harder.

Most of them do not, because a mass shooting is any firearm related attack that injures 3 people or more.

No, Elizabeth Warren herself is personally responsible for the shooting. She was probably hiding behind something signaling instructions to him on which way to shoot next, and then slipped out the back door after.

She might as well have just been the shooter.
