That's the thing. They are essentially agreeing with one side of the argument and saying if you engage in the other side of the argument then you can be banned for it, and using the excuse that they are just "protecting" people from the meanie heads. Strangely enough these one sided rules always tend to be against Conservatives.

Honestly though, what difference in your life does calling Caitlyn Jenner a she when speaking with her? We all knows she’s biologically a male, but what are you accomplishing if you call her a man?

Twitter is in a no win situation and if they are enforcing the rules on everyone in the same manner.. I don’t have a problem with it.

I responded to a post from Tlaib with "Motherfucker" on twitter and got banned for one post. I deleted twitter after that, problem solved.

I know right? I once got banned from a group on facebook which was basically people posting nasty pictures of their skin problems and asking for home remedies to address it. I just said "it's herpies" every time and apparently that's not PC or something.

No difference in my life calling her a she, but Twitter also bans people for simply saying they don't think transgender women should compete in women's sports or that use the women's bathroom. It's their private business and they can do what they want but they claim they are champions of free speech and yet routinely ban people for having the wrong opinion on a political issue.

In that podcast the woman from Twitter also admitted that Twitter adopted a policy of banning people for telling reporters "learn to code", claiming that the phrase was a coded message for death threats.

And yet Twitter turned a blind eye when verified accounts were literally calling for the deaths of students who go to Covington Catholic High. I would have no problem if they just admitted they had a bias, but they keep pretending they don't, probably because they know the government would get involved fast if they admitted it.

The lady on the podcast said this wasn’t the case, as long as it’s not targeted towards an individual... but I’m sure they are very selective in their methods of actually policing their policy.

That’s a stupid rule, if you didn’t have a problem with people telling coal miners that when they lost their jobs, then you shouldn’t have a problem with people telling reporters that when their job was also cut.
