Except that is not how it works. Accepting a pardon means accepting guilt. Once you accept a pardon you can't use the 5th amendment to refuse to testify about the crimes you committed. The only thing he'd be able to do in this case is just flat out refuse, which would put him in contempt of court, which would put him back in jail.

A presidential pardon only protects you from the specific crime the pardon covered. Trump could pardon him for any and all federal crimes, but again that's unlikely. Most likely the pardon (if he receives one) would just cover the crimes for which he is in jail for.

And again a presidential pardon ONLY protects you from federal prosecution, so even if Trump issued him a complete pardon from all federal crimes Manafort could still refuse to testify for fear of being charged in a state court should a state decide to go after him.

Again go back to doing shit we can laugh at, because watching you fail like this is just pitiful.

Again, that's not how a pardon works. Mueller could force Manafort to testify about his crimes and there's nothing Manafort could do except comply or refuse and get sent back to prison. Keep saying stupid shit so we can continue laughing at you. Watching you fail like this is fucking hilarious.

Also accepting a pardon doesn't mean accepting guilt, just what kind of dumb ass are you? You get this from all of the political pundits who refer to the Burdick vs US supreme court case or something?

There is NOTHING in the law that suggests receiving a pardon means accepting guilt, nothing about the pardon's origins suggests receiving a pardon means one is accepting guilt.

The rational in Burdick vs US was making the argument for allowing one to turn down a pardon, it did not state that legally or otherwise accepting a pardon makes one guilty, it was the supreme court explaining their decision to allow one to turn down a pardon.

You are so wrong it's embarrassing to all of mankind. Yes, mankind.

Turn off MSNBC and CNN once in a while, it's clearly having an impact on your ability to even comprehend the simplest of things.
