Eh, I think Schultz could pull enough to fuck over whoever gets the Dem nom in some states. He doesn't have to win, he just has to take enough votes. He has enough money to do constant nationwide advertising and all that, which would get him votes... Because sometimes people literally "SAW GUY ON TV BEFORE COMING HERE!" *votes for that guy*

I think a lot of the time 3rd parties do as bad as they do in most places because no one knows who the fuck they are, this wouldn't be the issue here.

Although, with as many people throwing their shit into the ring, perhaps he could chug along like Trump did with all the others destroying each other leaving him as the only one left standing.

It would be almost impossible to prove Trump never hired Russian prostitutes to piss on a bed, this is usually why the onus is on the one making the accusation to prove it happened.

If memory serves...didnt Trump lie about his reasoning as to why it didn't happen? His claim was essentially - I never stayed overnight in Moscow there so it's impossible to happen. Turns out he did.

Again - it's more intriguing to look through all of this as more information comes out. I have no doubts that the answer to whether this happened is known by the investigators.

The only independents I see that could really do damage would all be sucking Democrat votes, Schultz or Sanders. I can't think of any on the right off the top of my head.

Not really independent, but someone like Romney could flip over to independent simply to run against Trump. That would steal some votes.

I think the Dem establishment hate Bernie, but if polling (yeah, I know, post 2016 polling, blahblah, they'll still rely on it) points at him being the strongest contender vs Trump AND he's kicking Dem ass in the primaries they may swallow the bitter pill and go with him just for the sake of best 2020 chance. The HRC machine absolutely screwed him for 2016, and a lot of those people are now backing Harris and Gillibrand hard, but I'm not sure they'll do Bernie the same way again. We'll see, I guess.

I can't see the Superdelegates supporting Sanders because he just straight up left the Democrat party right after the election, which he only joined to get their nom.

As I once said, if I were a Superdelegate, he wouldn't have my vote. If he'd stayed in the party after the election, I'd have considered it.

I think it really all depends on RBG. She dies or resigns and her seat is filled prior to the election, nah. If she is still kicking then, oh yeah, they are going to put up whatever they can that they think is winning, even if it is a detriment to their party.

Mueller is certainly investigating aspects of the dossier. The mystery company fighting the documents subpoena for example, is supposedly tied to it. Given the available information I think it's the Qatari Investment Authority, which was involved in the brokerage of the Rosneft shares, which the dossier talks about.

Didn't the author of it testify that most of it isn't true? Didn't he testify to that as well?
