It is just about February and Republicans still haven't assigned members to the House Intelligence Committe, despite having done so for just about every other committee? Is it just a coincidence or are they trying to obstruct the SCO investifation? Mueller can't get the transcripts of certain individuals until those committee members are seated or until Pelosi makes a rule change and assigns Republicans herself.
