Um, the fact that time4fun came back after calling this forum and the people in it a bunch of meanie heads and contends with PB in a daily battle of posts does show that he made her upset.

As opposed to pb talking about time4fun non-stop (and leaving her rep) while she wasn't even here. Sounds like he's the far bigger snowflake.

Because it's all part of the game. Like I've said before, I voted for Trump but I'm not a Republican. I'm an independent. I thought he was the best option of the bunch I had to choose from.

Do you believe Hillary was less corrupt?

The recent poll for Corker's seat has added a glimmer of hope for the Dems. Also, there's an increasing chance that McCain will end up retiring, and AZ is definitely in purple territory right now. Add to that the fact that the GOP nominee in West Virginia may be that crazy guy who just got out of jail, and you've got a moonshot chance here.

None of these are things I would take to the bank- the Dems are still going to be lucky to break even. But...things are shifting pretty rapidly right now.

If dems win it'll be in spite of ourselves. Dem messaging is embarrassing. I always admired Cheney and Rove for the ruthless effectiveness they brought to politics. Dems need to get some of that.

Both Trump and the GOP leadership are to blame. I don't know about the Senate but it's highly likely the Dems will take the House.

I think people are sick of the crap. California is the poverty capital of the nation. There's a good chance a Republican governor will be elected this year.

I think a lot of people are seeing that liberal policies bring disaster and don't work. Perhaps they may not see themselves as Republicans but they may vote that way to get something new/different.

I don't think Dem messaging is inherently problematic. I think that when there's someone like Trump in office- it sucks up all of the oxygen in the room.

When you're the minority party, it's already really hard to get any air time for your message, and when you add in an orange scandal machine- it just compounds the effect.

Instead, because of Trump, she is doing extremely well. We basically have to hear how wonderful her life is everyday on lnet. She is even doing so well from the tax cuts that she is funding the ACLU (really, she said that)!
