They were literally chanting "Who owns these streets? We do!"

But, yeah, of course, they were just on their way to bible study and happened to walk into the street.

It doesn't matter what they were saying. Can you provide anything showing that people were not moving, but purposefully standing and blocking cars with no intention of moving? Because again, the videos I see show a crowd of people who are...you know...moving in a direction.
