On phone with Comcast tonight for over an hour getting my new internet service activated. Initial rep asked for MAC ID, which when it came to telling him, I literally said "F as in Frank, D as in Dog", when he couldn't get it to work right after the hour on the phone with him, and he transferred me to the 2nd rep, she confirmed he had it as "B" instead of "D"! Son of bitch, I will curse at you!

I recently switched back to Comcast for internet. I got the self-install kit... Didn't work. They had to send out a tech and reconnect me to the grid or whatever... And charge me $50.
