Aulis was exaggerating the fuck out of that too. Close to 10 years ago I made a bard named Rickroll, renamed to Rickrolled, then renamed to Rastley. The entire thing took place over maybe 20 minutes after getting thrown into the rename pavilion. He's wording it to make it sound like I rolled up a character every week and went crazy with the names.
Feedback also agreed that the name Taintedmeat being vulgar was a stretch. Which would make sense, considering that it's not vulgar.

I'll agree that vulgar is a stretch. You were also hit by another GameMaster for Out of Genre, which is more appropriate. If you wait until no one remembers the Walking Dead reference, then it would be ok. But unfortunately, not as hilarious.
The out of genre reference is most likely from when I emailed Aulis to throw me back into the rename pavilion after I changed the name to Mysterymeat, since it said the name was OOC when it got tossed back in. I don't know for sure if it was Aulis that did it, since it happened about an hour later and I never got an email response from him. Worst case, Aulis said the name was ok and another GM said it wasn't, which is a whole other problem with the naming policy.
But back on topic, looks like you're wrong again.
I made no claim as to whether your name WAS vulgar or not, just that that's what the GM said. If you honestly can't see how your tactics did nothing but antagonize him, I can't help you.
