Merriam-Webster defines Nationalist as "a support of or a believer in Nationalism". They define Nationalism as "a feeling that people have of being loyal to and proud of their country often with the belief that it is better and more important than other countries".

I'm good with that, since I do actually believe those things. It worries me a bit that you think that's a bad thing. That's something that anyone can feel regardless of political affiliation...to say I'm "nothing more than..." is pretty silly, since they are unrelated.
