You're crying over spilled milk. We've decided to not let people die in the street here and it's nothing new.

So, before Obamacare, people were left to die in the streets. Now that we have it, no one will die in the streets?

I'm not sure if it's just sadness I feel for you (or more likely those poor innocent people around you) or pity that people like you actually live.
