Well TG you didn't quote me with any honesty or context. I didn't gloss over what you wrote I ignored it because you're just trying to flirt with me or something. You're definitely not asking me a real question about my views.

I figured the question was obvious but I guess it is easier to troll about others trolling

Oh right, Obamacare fixes this how again? Oh that's right, it doesn't.

You do realize the purpose of lifetime caps and for companies to drop you was so they could remain profitable, right? Whether it's right or wrong for a company to deny you health coverage in order to make a profit is irrelevant to the discussion because these SAME companies are still out there being heavily involved in our healthcare system and they still want to make a profit.

How are they going to to retain the same amount of profit while working with these limitations? Oh, right! They're going to keep raising everyone's rates!

    Obama! Obama! Obama!

And millions of us (people who think Obamacare isn't the answer to healthcare reform) out there.

I have two kids and I've never, ever been asked by their pediatrician about chemicals under the sink. And I don't remember the legislation put forth to make doctors ask about kitchen cleaners either... can you point me in the direction of that law?

In your delusional mind, none of that changed. As always, you remain uninterested in reality.
Why shouldn't health insurance companies be allowed to drop those who develop a smoking habit, or gained 50-60 lbs due to lifestyle change (sedentary and overeating), and such?

And why not health insurance companies be allowed to charge more for those with pre-existing conditions, or be like "well, to keep your premiums low, coverage of this existing health problem will not be covered" ?

Health insurance, in principal, is to protect against *unexpected* health issues. Forcing coverage of pre-existing only forces them to drastically increase premiums (across the board) to account for pre-existing issues requiring frequent and costly medical visits.
