There is a huge different between enrollment and actually paying for shit. Once you kill the balrog after getting him to sign off on your identity, then you have to pry the ruby from his flesh and bring it to a guy named old Mackeral who, in exchange for sexual favors, will provide you finally with an upload link for your pay stubs and tax forms, only after you've done the bidding of Old Mackeral will you be able to see the Red Wizard who will force you to sit still and stare at the computer screen for upwards of 20 minutes while the website pretends to examine all of the documents you've uploaded. Then you will be assigned a number in the waiting que and I shit you not, mine was 1.2 Million-something. It's been three weeks and I am still in the que even though I bypassed it for the temporary ACA approved insurance which says is good for 30 days while I wait to see if my documents are legit. But technically, I could get the number and be "enrolled" without actually having insurance.
