When I said, "we all chip in to make all our lives better", and you say "except for those who don't and those it won't", you are doing nothing more than raising a very general exception to very general statement.

No I'm not, because not everybody chips in, therefore totally invalidating your retarded claim. It's not an exception of any kind when it's nearly half the country not contributing but still receiving from those that do contribute.

There really is nothing to respond to. Plus I disagree that it won't make everyone's lives better. A healthier nation is good for everyone.

So because our military is good = Obamacare is good because both are funded by taxpayers...
