I was at McDonald's a few minutes ago waiting for my yummy McWrap when this lady comes in and in a rude tone demands from the cashier "Can I have my salad they didn't give me at the drive through?"

The cashier doesn't argue with her, she just asks what kind of salad it was and gets it for her in less than 20 seconds. She hands the food to her, the lady is almost out the door and says "Oh ma'am?" in her sweetest old lady voice and she says "Yes?" then the old hag says "Can someone say they're sorry?" Then the poor little girl apologized! Jesus fucking Christ what is wrong with people? This girl was like 17 years old, making minimum wage working at McDonald's and she didn't even make the mistake and this old bitch is taking her frustrations out on her?

I'm more pissed at myself for not calling that bitch a bitch to her face when she said that.
