When I got cuts and scrapes as a kid I just slapped some mud on them and went about my business. If your immune system isn't put to work once in a while then it just becomes lazy and shiftless, just like Americans. Only problem is I don't recall illegal aliens chomping at the bit to sneak into the US to become an American's immune system.
