Right... but... what the fuck? I mean, you'd think they'd have come up with something that might in some way, shape, or form represent their games (of course, this is where I'll be told it's some Tiny Heroes shit or whatever their facebook game is called) and I don't think an armored frog really does that. I just figure there has to be something I'm missing here.

My daughter has one.. much younger and much more colorful. Do they change their color for camo or is that one like an albino?

It's been that way for a long time ... so is not a TH or Facebook thing ... just something that the lead artist came up with as cutesy and they stuck with it.

They change colors based on body temps and demeanor. Lighter colors usually mean they're at the temperature they want to be at and that they're relaxed. When he gets angsty his beard turns black. Hard to see with the crappy camera but he's a real light tan color with a few light brown splotches.
