I am not sure, I guess we'll know after he does the autopsy and confirms what the obstruction was actually from.

I had to put her down, and will find out more after he does the autopsy.

I'm about ready to move too because all I do is look around and see her not in any of her spots and I'm pretty much beside myself.
Ugh, so sorry for you. Pets really become a part of your family and you do get very very attached. I know for a long time out of the corner of my eye I'd swear I'd see our cat after she died. I think I finally stopped seeing her like that after about a year.

Yeah, she was like my child heh. I can't even look at our other cat now without feeling sick to my stomach. I know time will heal, etc etc, but that doesn't help with the pain. I'm so angry because she was so young and I should've had more time with her. The bed will feel really empty from now on.

It's going to be very hard on you and very sad for you for quite awhile. I still think about my conure who passed away last year, and he was just a bird (but still my son). Cats and dogs are children. They are family members. Just make sure to give your other cat lots of love.

Our current family members (pets) should out live me. Macaws live a damn long time and I have to admit it that I am comfortable with this because I grew weary of losing pets.

You do get very very attached to them and it is hard when die. More so when they pass early, our cat at least lived a very long time. That didn't make it any easier of course but at least she didn't die early.

Keep yourself busy so that you don't dwell to much on it is my recommendation, otherwise you'll browbeat yourself too much on this. (hugs)

There is a "time to bury the weiner" joke there somewhere. I just know it.

Sorry, Stef. Hope the autopsy helps with a bit of closure.
