The legal argument to remove Trump from the ballot via 14th Amendment is absurd and will be shot down.

Remember when you touted that a federal judge would uphold New Mexico Governor Grisham’s unconstitutional executive health order to ban the carry of firearms, and the court granted an injunction soon after? You were bat shit crazy stupid wrong then as you are now.
Again you're asserting the court decides whether or not Dump gets to run, but that isn't what the Fourteenth Amendment states, you're implying an adjudication is needed without anything supporting the argument. In reality, there is nothing stopping the secretaries of state in each of the voting state's from not listing Trump on their primary or general election ballots as they determine consistent with the Constitution. If they do so, Dump is within his rights then to challenge that in court. As for your off-topic second claim, you're wrong about my position, but thanks for the sloppy attempt to change the subject.
