So nice of you to parse that statement Mr Helper. For passager vehicles, the number of registered vehicles on the road increased by 4% between 2018 and 2021. 3.7% is the specific increase of pickups, vans, sports utility, commercial trucks or other medium/heavy vehicles. So yes, there are more vehicles on the road, we can quibble over what constitutes a lot. But demand is up, production is down. Period.
