also the prosecutor is a dogshit garbage moron they basically hired lionel hutz this whole thing has been laughable as hell. this kid was never going to go to jail when there was video of him about to get his fuckin head caved in with a skateboard. do i think he loaded up his call of duty accessory kit and drove to the protests hoping he could put himself in a position where he'd get away with shooting some people? 100%. can you prove that? nope. he's gonna walk

I don't think he was intending to shoot anyone. He just wanted to look cool. If you look at his history, that is basically what he has always done. He is a kid trying to look cool in all the wrong ways. That being said, I'm pretty sure he isn't sad about what he did and I guarantee you he only cried because he is scared he might go to jail for a long fucking time.
