I don't hate him for doing his job, I hate him for doing shady shit that no decent lawyer would ever dream of doing. First he implies in front of the jury that Rittenhouse is hiding something because he chose not to speak about the events until the trial, which is well within his rights to do. Then he tried to sneak evidence in, again in front of the jury, that the judge had already said he was leaning towards not allowing, then he brought in drone footage from a hundred feet away that doesn't really show anything but he basically says to the jury: see this one little tiny pixel here? Trust us, that's totally Rittenhouse pointing his gun at Rosenbaum first.
And that's shit he did in court in front of a live video feed. Now there's talk about him not sharing video evidence with the defense that he is required to do.
The fat guy wasn't too bad, he just lied a lot, but he's a lawyer. It's the other guy that is shady and I'm willing to bet within the next 2 or 3 years he will be announcing his run for a political office and he'll be using this trial in his campaign ads.
I can see the bullshit already: "I took on white supremacists in court and the justice system failed. Elect me and I'll make sure this never happens again."
Holy shit. They are now saying that the first man Rittenhouse shot at (the one who tried to jump on his face and didn't get hit with any bullets) is in fact known by the prosecution even though they claimed this person hadn't been identified yet. And better yet! He also has quite the criminal past (I'm noticing a theme here....) and he told the prosecution he would only testify if they would drop other unrelated charges against him and surprisingly (no seriously I'm surprised about this) the prosecution said no.
I wonder if he'll be charged for trying to cause bodily harm to Rittenhouse? I'm guessing no.

Brady violations, wonder if the judge is sitting on the mistrial motion and waiting to grant it if jury doesn't acquit.

I think this little shit got exactly what he wanted. I think he wanted to get into fights with protestors and use his shiny new rifle on them. I think he and all his car dealership buddies are racist good ol' boys who would have been JUST FINE and recovered from any property damage if they'd stayed home. I think he and all his Proud Boys buddies fantasize about killing minorities every day. I think this little lump of future-right-wing-mouthpiece-clay is a certified TURD.
However, I also think he's not guilty and that this trial has been a complete shitshow. It's really sad that it has come to this.
Why is it a sh**show? Maybe to the lay person, but what you're seeing is what happens when a prosecutor brings a case with horrible facts (for them), with high publicity with accompanying political polarization. Human nature is to try to win, which is also why you are seeing a seasoned prosecutor make errors in judgment like with how they questioned the defendant, disclosure errors ,etc.

he's more of a pig than a crocodile really. extraordinary piggy energy coming off that kid
also the prosecutor is a dogshit garbage moron they basically hired lionel hutz this whole thing has been laughable as hell. this kid was never going to go to jail when there was video of him about to get his fuckin head caved in with a skateboard. do i think he loaded up his call of duty accessory kit and drove to the protests hoping he could put himself in a position where he'd get away with shooting some people? 100%. can you prove that? nope. he's gonna walk
Yeah those two are so unlikeable. I would want a prosecutor like the Arbery one - no nonsense, direct/to the point and knows the law. Juries gravitate to someone they can trust, not these law school professor nerdy snooty types that need to snipe at everything
