2) You don't understand that changing facts on the ground change recommendations from scientific authorities. Okay.
3) Trump hadn't closed flights completely, thus negating the entire point, instead choosing to limit it ineffectively, since Trump couldn't resist adding racist tinges to everything he does, like "Kung flu" and "the China virus."
