You: Is the fact that he is an ecologist relevant?

And you don't think that's a red herring?

no mention that he's paid to create effective communications for the very people the environmentalists are protesting.

So you can't find any logical faults in his arguments so you resort to logical fallacies and accuse others of resorting to logical fallacies instead.
