Thread: Exhausting Court Proceedings on the Horizon

Seems SP is getting ahead of herself a second time. First assuming an appeals court judgment didn't matter because a nonexistent Supreme Court ruling overturning it, now assuming Trump being on the ballot in Colorado is a decided issue after only opening remarks. Lol.

Did you just intentionally misgender me Seran? I thought we were friends??

SCOTUS could decide not to take the case on Presidential immunity. My opinion is they will.

You have to be the dumbest motherfucker to ever post on the PC to believe SCOTUS won’t be overturning the 14th Amendment case after seeing what happened today. Oh wait…

Speaking of SCOTUS, how do you feel about Colorado & the 14th Amendment case?

I just looked at the opening questions regarding it. It looks like even the liberal judges don’t agree with it.

I haven’t really been following it, as we’ve been in holiday for 2 months in Thailand kind of detoxing from everything.

My god, you are the epitome of the white liberal voter.

I suspect they'll make a ruling on whether the Fourteenth Amendment is self-executing as prior Supreme Court rulings have determined, but whether the Conservatives will decide that is an other decided issue to overturn is anyone's guess.

My offer of a wager still stands.

It's gonna be 8-1 at worst, possibly 9-0. Who will you blame then?

As if Seran would make good on his bet, and that's ignoring the part where he has nothing to bet unless EBT is on the table.
