Love him or hate him, we're lucky he was the one telling government to get the fuck out of the way to speed up the research.

I still hate the idea of vaccinating kids (data doesn't support doing it), but vaccinating anyone 18+ (if they want to) and especially 50+ (they should) has been a final gift that he afforded the world.

    Edit:

This is what the "experts" and talking heads thought back then: https://www.cnn.com/2020/09/18/healt...-bn/index.html - Seems they were wrong and he was right. In September. Seems like he knew something those "experts" didn't. Imagine a normal politician had been in office... /shiver.
Plot twist: If a democrat was in office, COVID wouldn't have been treated as any bigger of a deal than Swine Flu or Ebola or any other fairly recent outbreak in the media.

It certainly wouldn't have been considered a crisis... it would have been just another bad flu year.

I won't go so far to say that, but the bureaucracy of government would have definitely hampered anything they attempted had it been a normal politician in power. Having seen the power certain politicians exerted over people and their lives during the past year - I just can't imagine if it had lasted 3-4 years while they were "developing the vaccine" on a timeline all the "experts" said was the "norm".

I'm happy the vaccine is working, and especially happy to see some semblance of sanity returning to the populous. The powers that be used the past year to mindfuck people, and that was reflected in the insane actions which resulted. People are starting to see the light a bit, and realize.... "wait a minute, I like my freedoms and ability to decide for myself". It's good to see the shift.

And without Orange-man to blame, their insanity is on full display for all to see.

Joe Biden looks at a little girl in the audience, the daughter of a veteran, and says "I love those barrettes in your hair. Man I’ll tell you what, look at her she looks like she's 19 years old sitting there like a little lady with her legs crossed."

Jesus Christ. But at least Biden isn’t a bully…oh wait he’s an even bigger bully than Trump too.

Biden has been a creep forever. But then, so has Trump. Another reason I'm glad I voted for the Green Party candidate instead of either of those two.

JFC... first minorities are to dumb to get IDs... then they were to dumb to know how to connect to the internet... and now they don't know how to use (or aren't themselves) accountants or lawyers...

You can tell he has a high opinion of black people.

It only took 6 months, an abandoned 5 year old clutching a teddy bear and screaming at the top of his lungs to get Kamala to act.
