Honestly it's just people yelling at each other in the politics threads so I can see why most people (myself included) rarely frequent anymore.

It's almost as if people don't realize they can read and post in and create non-political threads.

Political threads have always been here. It's the number of GS threads that have gone down over time. A lot of people use the PC just for sales, which are noticeably less now with this ultra trash loot capped P2W focused economy, so that doesn't help either.

It's not that people can't post other things but the uncivility absolutely bled into everything. Regardless, I completely agree once they killed the player economy that ruined things too. I recall when it was getting discussed and instantly thought, "oh shit, if you kill the player economy that's going to just completely obliterate why many people play." Their thinking was, "well, then we'll be left with more quality players that care about creativity and role play." But in truth, you need every player you can get in a dying game.
