Finally, the first thing Trump did when he got into office was to try to roll back Russian sanctions- which, by the way- impacted his Trump Tower Moscow project- which would have given Putin his primary foreign policy goal. This is in addition to Trump's attacks on NATO as a candidate, and the work his campaign- inexplicably- did to water down pro-Uktraining language in the GOP Platform during the convention- reportedly one of the only policy pieces his campaign got involved in. These were Putin's other top foreign policy objectives.
If you want to continue to argue that there is no clear evidence of collusion, feel free. But you're going to need to provide an alternative explanation for everything above.

Trump has worked to achieve each of these goals.
1) He immediately tried to roll back Sanctions levied against Russia for election meddling when he got into office. It's the one thing his campaign fought for, and according to an RNC delegate- Trump directed his staff to get that language watered down. The ONLY person who benefited from that policy change was Vladimir Putin.
4) Trump's announcement that he would withdraw from Syria- despite objections from all of his staff (prompting Mattis to resign, by the way) and our allies benefited Russia immensely and damaged relations between the US and critical allies while allowing Russia to dominate the region.
5) Trump has repeatedly denied that Russia meddled in our elections- both during the campaign and while in office. He famously took Vladimir Putin's word that Russia didn't meddle over the word of our own Intelligence community. In doing so, he convinced A LOT of Americans that there was no interference, and that Russia had nothing to do with it. He not only gave Russia a pass, but he tried to roll back sanctions levied for the meddling (see above), AND he basically gave Putin an invitation to keep doing it. This was clearly to the detriment of the US and only benefited Putin. Keep in mind- Trump knew full well that Russia was interfering in the election to help him- he was told this by a cut out for the Russian government.

We already know Trump's campaign manager- who is infamous for helping Russia install a puppet President in Ukraine- volunteered to work on the campaign for free (as a way of paying back a debt to a Russian Oligarch who was HEAVILY involved in the election interference work), and that he was in contact with Russian military Intelligence the whole time. Oh, and that he lied about it.
And we already know that Trump was back-channeling with Wiki Leaks to get updates on email drops before anyone else had them, and he lied about it.

There was obvious disincentive for Trump to take these positions, and, yet, he took them. And what possible incentive was there to roll back sanctions levied for election meddling? There was NO deal- Russia didn't give up a single thing. (At least, not to the United States government) And if he was doing it because he strongly believed it was the "right" thing to do (which, by itself should send chills down anyone's spine)- why did he rush to do it in secret? That's not really his style, is it?
And, of course, it doesn't explain why Trump lied repeatedly about his contacts with Russia (and those of his campaign), nor does it explain why the top levels of his campaign were so eager to accept help from our greatest geopolitical ally during the campaign (PS they had been warned by the FBI that Russia would try do to just that, and they had been instructed to contact the FBI immediately- which, of course, they didn't). Nor does it explain why he and his campaign lied about that as well.

1) I haven't seen any proof that he straight up directed people to lie. Even Cohen mentioned he doesn't tell you to lie, he strongly suggests things. I'm not a lawyer - so I don't know how that would hold up in court, but it's not a slam dunk by any means.
2) He seems to rely on Russia to get information on North Korea. It's plausible that he was willing to make a deal with Russia in order to position himself to deal with North Korea. His ego would push him to do anything to do ehat Obama couldnt. Of course he didn't actually do anything other than stop war games...with nothing in return.
Trump lied about the tower deal because he knew how bad it would look politically. He doesn't understand the concept of oversight, and I believe he genuinely assumed no one would find that letter.
