Self funded plans still have to meet the Federal Laws, they just don't have to abide a lot of local laws. You are simply wrong, again. And as an employer, after a certain size, you don't get to opt out of providing health insurance. And, as has been highlighted over and over is that they are forced to spend their money, as employers, on plans that have benefits that they don't agree with. Gods you are stupid.
