I've been very clear that I won't be voting for Biden or Trump, I'm sorry you boomers have such bad memory problems and this fact escapes you repeatedly. I'll be voting Libertarian as I have since I have been able to vote (and I have voted in every election!), and hoping beyond reason that other people realize both of the main candidates are terrible choices and votes Libertarian too. Wouldn't that be something? Obviously it won't happen, but a man can dream. Biden isn't change, and I never said he was. Please show me where I said that... this should be fucking awesome! I did say I'd vote for Biden over Trump if they were the only two options, because I do believe he is the lesser of two evils, which is simply put a tragedy. Just to be clear since you struggle with comprehension, I won't be voting for Biden because he isn't the only option.

Who isn't equal? Seriously? You seriously believe we've reached 100% racial and gender equality in this country? Have you heard about wage gaps? Generational wealth? Just because minorities aren't being lynched openly by the KKK anymore doesn't mean everything is equal. Is it better than it was? Yes, absolutely. Is it better here than in a lot of other places? Yes, absolutely. Is it the best it can be? I sure fucking hope not, and people uniting under a racist and misogynistic narcissist isn't going to get us there.

Candor - Sorry for your loss man, losing a friend sucks. That said, I'd say it's worth reaching out to better understand his point of view, and share yours. Knee jerk reactions happen, and chances are if your friendship means anything to him, he would hear you out. I can't say I can relate to him, as I don't think I'd disavow any friends over supporting Trump (he is a great con artist after all), but if they were a good friend it's worth reaching out in my opinion.
