That is an excellent point. It was a war crime by Russia to use cluster munitions multiple times on Ukranian civilians.

He did use them already, on civilians, which is a war crime. The use of cluster bombs themselves, is not a war crime.

Over population is the biggest threat, I’m grateful my feelings are playing a vital role in helping to diminish this threat.
