Recently Certain People started using plural pronouns to avoid using singular pronouns that are all, unfortunately, either masculine or feminine. I figured you were one of the Certain People adopting that confusing, but politically correct, practice.
Apparently, you used "they" correctly, meaning both Pelosi and Schumer. If so, you're overextending. There is no way those two could have engaged in such a conspiracy without it leaking.

January 6 committee withdraws Trump subpoena
The investigation is wrapping up, the report is out, the criminal referral made, and The Donald refused to appear under subpoena. Why would they leave a subpoena open when the committee has concluded? Pretty laughable that the MAGA-heads are ignoring everything else and claiming an administrative function as a win.
I would search up some clever meme about you tap dancing around and using all the mental gymnastics you can to claim a win in this absolute shitshow of a loss for the Left but it's faster to type, I have to start work and you aren't worth it.
When should we expect charges to be filed? What month?

Pro-Bolsonaro Rioters Breach Congress, Presidential Palace
Thousands of supporters of former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro broke through security barriers in the capital of Brasilia and invaded Congress, the supreme court and the presidential palace.
President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva isn’t in the palace. Police used pepper spray in an attempt to control the protesters, according to local media.
Television images showed a crowd of rioters breaking through the security perimeter at congress and other branches of government in an event similar to the Jan. 6, 2021, invasion of the US Capitol.

Seems that Florida is the place to be for deposed autocrats or would-be autocrats. Fully expect DeSantis to fight his extradition once requested from Brazil. Surprised he's not staying at Mar-a-Lago.

Inside Bolsonaro's Florida 'exile': Ex-President seen at Jose Aldo's Orlando bolthole, feasts on KFC and idly walks the aisles of a Publix while Brazil burns after his supporters stormed government buildings
In the build up to Sunday's shocking assault on Brazil's government buildings by his supporters, former president Jair Bolsonaro has been living in self-imposed exile in a Florida resort while rubbing shoulders with notable ex-pats from his home country.
Bolsonaro's far-right supporters - who refuse to accept his election defeat - stormed Brazil's Congress, the Supreme Court and presidential palace in the capital, a week after the inauguration of his leftist rival, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
The attack - reminiscent of the January 6, 2021 invasion of the US Capitol building by supporters of former president Donald Trump, a Bolsonaro ally - took the intervention of military police to bring calm to Brasilia's Three Powers Square.
But as his country descends into chaos, Bolsonaro has been enjoying a change of pace in Orlando where he has been spotted wandering around a vacation resort neighborhood, and was even snapped tucking in to a box of KFC.
I'm not a lawyer, but I believe extradition from our country to another country is a federal matter. Not that it matters to you, you are perma triggered and under full TDS 100% of the time.
But do troll on, and the only thing your article did was make me want some KFC.
lol Seran
Hey Seran, was January 6 worse than 9/11?
Imagine being so full of shit that you didn't even see the part where I put "Even if DeSantis could do a damn thing about it, such as it being another state wanting extradition,", you know, the majority of the post.
Again, he can't do shit about any kind of extradition was the point.
Oh look, the usual leftist idiots of Seran, Bhaalizmo, time4fun, and the resident child predator Keller got played once again.
Exclusive: FBI finds scant evidence U.S. Capitol attack was coordinated - sources
Yes that's right! Even the corrupt FBI has finally said what all normal-thinking people knew for years: there was no insurrection to overthrow the US government.
You fuckers are the absolute worst and pushed yet another one of your conspiracy theories.
Sources not even associated with the FBI are desperately trying to misdirect, next on Faux Newds. Just ignore all those conspiracy and sedition convictions confirming the the attack was coordinated!Quote:
The FBI has found scant evidence that the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result, according to four current and former law enforcement officials.
We definitely need more foxy nude reporters.
Well now we know why Democrats didn't want the video footage of the largely peaceful protest released.
Remember the officer that pieces of shit such as Keller and Seran and the rest of the Democrat and media establishment said had been murdered that night via taking a fire extinguisher to the head? Yeah, turns out there is video footage of him walking around AFTER his supposed death.
Shocker, only morons believe January 6th was a peaceful protest.
Quote:
WASHINGTON — Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and other Senate Republicans on Tuesday lashed out at conservative Fox News host Tucker Carlson after he characterized the deadly Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol as "mostly peaceful chaos."
At a GOP leadership press conference, McConnell said he wanted to associate himself with the letter sent to the U.S. Capitol Police force by Chief Thomas Manger, who denounced Carlson for spreading “offensive and misleading conclusions” about the Jan. 6 insurrection, including a “disturbing accusation” that Officer Brian Sicknick’s death had nothing to do with the riot.
"I want to associate myself entirely with the opinion of the chief and the Capitol Police about what happened on January 6," McConnell said as he held up a copy of the letter. "It was a mistake, in my view, for Fox News to depict this in a way that’s completely at variance with what our chief law enforcement official here at the Capitol thinks.”
Quote:
A handful of other Senate Republicans on Tuesday pushed back on Carlson's claim that Jan. 6 was "peaceful chaos," with Sen. Thom Tillis of North Carolina blasting those remarks as “bullshit.”
Carlson, the popular but controversial figure on Fox, made those comments to his millions of viewers Tuesday night as he aired select clips of never-before-seen surveillance footage of the Capitol on Jan. 6 and downplayed the violent insurrection that injured 140 police officers during an hourslong assault.
“I think it’s bullshit,” Tillis told reporters in the Capitol.
This is correct.
Look at you simping for Mitch McConnell though
So weird how you didn't provide a source for that article though. I'm sure it's from a totally unbiased outlet...oh wait.
Notice how Seran never once said "Oh shit, I guess I was wrong when I said that the officer was murdered that day. Huh." He is now just engaging in gas lighting and deflection.
I expect the same shit from Keller, Bhaalizmo, and the rest of the trash on the far left who pushed the conspiracy theory that the officer was murdered by a fire extinguisher bashing his skull in.
Hard to believe that as many as 20% of Republicans actually believe your level of retardation about January 6th. Fox News pared down 40,000+ hours of footage showing you're an idiot, into a farce that even they've said is laughable. But somehow you still are holding the torch.
I see Seran still won't admit and apologize for spreading a now 100% proven conspiracy theory. Shocker!

18 years for seditious conspiracy and an enhancement for terrorism for Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes for his role in attempting to disrupt the certification of Biden's election on January 6th. :)

Donald Trump was criminally indicted for a third time on Aug. 1 as a Washington grand jury voted to prosecute the former President on four counts related to his efforts to remain in power after losing the 2020 election and his role in the events leading up to the Jan. 6, 2021 storming of the U.S. Capitol. The prosecution sets up yet another complicated and explosive legal battle as Trump vies for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.
The latest indictment, which the Justice Department announced Tuesday and references six unnamed co-conspirators, follows an investigation that stretched almost eight months by Special Counsel Jack Smith, whose team had interviewed dozens of prominent figures in Trump’s orbit, including former Vice President Mike Pence, over Trump’s efforts to disrupt the peaceful transition of power on Jan. 6. The four charges include conspiracy to defraud the government, conspiracy against the right to vote, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, and obstruction of an official proceeding.
"Each of these conspiracies—which built on the widespread mistrust the Defendant was creating through pervasive and destabilizing lies about election fraud—targeted a bedrock function of the United States federal government: the nation’s process of collecting, counting, and certifying the results of the presidential election,” the indictment says.
Pence responded to the indictment on Tuesday with a statement, saying in part: “On January 6th, Former President Trump demanded that I choose between him and the Constitution. I chose the Constitution and I always will.”
Amazing how these now convicted domestic terrorists have been convicted, they contradict their own pleas for mercy with continued defense of their actions on behalf of Trump. Hope they enjoy federal prison.

Former Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio gets 22 years, longest Jan. 6 sentence yet
WASHINGTON — Enrique Tarrio, the former chairman of the far-right Proud Boys, was sentenced to 22 years in federal prison Tuesday afternoon following his conviction on a seditious conspiracy charge in connection with the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
His sentence is the longest in a Jan. 6 case so far, surpassing the 18 years for Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes, who was also convicted of seditious conspiracy.
Tarrio was one of four Proud Boys found guilty of seditious conspiracy in May. Federal prosecutors sought a sentence of 33 years in federal prison; U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly sentenced Tarrio's co-defendants to much lower terms than those sought by prosecutors.
Last week, Joe Biggs was sentenced to 17 years, Zachary Rehl to 15 years and Ethan Nordean to 18 years. Proud Boy Dominic Pezzola, the fifth defendant, was found not guilty of the top charge of seditious conspiracy but guilty of other charges; he was sentenced to 10 years.
Before his sentencing, Tarrio delivered a contrite statement, apologizing to members of law enforcement, the citizens of Washington, lawmakers and his family. “To the men and women of law enforcement who answered the call that day, I’m sorry,” Tarrio said.
“I have always tried to hold myself to a higher standard, and I failed,” he said. “I failed miserably. I thought of myself morally above others, and this trial has humbled me.”
Tarrio also walked back statements he had made comparing Pezzola to George Washington, a statement that appeared to irk Kelly when it came up earlier in the proceeding.
Tarrio also sought to downplay his political involvement, saying he did not intend to change the results of the election on Jan. 6 but only planned to go to speak at an event to support Donald Trump and to support his friends.
“I am not a political zealot,” he said. “When I get back home, I want nothing to do with politics, groups, activism or rallies.”
Tarrio added that he would not say anything different after Kelly left the room, an apparent reference to his co-defendant Pezzola, who shouted “Trump won” after he was sentenced to 10 years last week.

It’s one of the lingering mysteries of the Jan. 6 investigation: Did Donald Trump briefly put Jeffrey Clark — a top ally in his bid to subvert the 2020 election — in charge of the entire Justice Department?
Quote:
When top White House and Justice officials threatened a mass resignation at a confrontational Oval Office meeting on Jan. 3, 2021, Trump nixed the radical plan. But it’s never been clear if Trump actually appointed Clark — or at least tried to — before he backed down that day.
On Thursday, Clark’s lawyer Harry MacDougald offered an answer: “There was a period on Jan. 3 when he was the acting attorney general until the president changed his mind later that day.”
This is shocking. If Clark's lawyer is to be believed, Trump actually appointed Jeffrey Clark as AG for a few hours, until DOJ rank and file threatened to resign en masse. Ruin was much closer than anybody has admitted.
If I didn't know better, I might think you are trying to change the subject away from the fact that, for a few hours on January 3, 2020, Trump appointed Jeffery Clark as acting AG, nearly precipitating a second Saturday Night Massacre.
The history books said Trump had 6 different attorneys general during his 4 years in office. But it was really 7, because of the secret and fleeting appointment of Clark.
So you go from "if this is true" to "the fact" in about 14 hours.
What a useful idiot you are. The Dems are lucky to have such a goose stepping mouth breather like you.

Sometimes the people call for Barabbas. Don't panic. The last time that happened, the empire lasted another 500 years.
J6 select committee members received a pardon... as if they have done something illegal and are now being given blanket protection.
Biden has destroyed his political legacy with not only his time in the Oval office, but how he was coup'd out of power and his pre-emptive pardons to friends and family.
Far worse than Jimmy Carter.
Hopefully states can find the crimes and prosecute all of them to the fullest extent of the law.
Apparently some prisons are refusing to release J6'ers.

Biden pardoned like over a dozen people for "possible" crimes. You fuckers lost whatever high ground you thought you had the second he did that. Trump did the right thing by pardoning the hostages.
Biden commuted the sentence of a guy who killed two FBI agents execution style after they were already shot and helpless. This guy was already recently refused parole and the FBI said he should not be let out. Don't try to go at Trump about pardoning violent offenders.
Based on criminal recidivism patterns, it is a near statistical certainty that one or more of the hundreds of J6 rioters freed by Trump will commit crimes that they would have been unable to commit if Trump had not granted clemency, and there is a high probability that some of those crimes will involve violence.
During the campaign, Trump repeatedly stated that he would exercise presidential clemency for the J6 rioters on a case-by-case basis. Instead, on his first day in office, he let them all go. He told Hannity earlier this week that it would have been "cumbersome" to evaluate each rioter's case on its own merits. Trump said, "It would be very, very cumbersome to go and look. You know how many people we’re talking about? 1,500 people." Based on law of large numbers, Trump should expect to hear those words replayed.
I don't know anything about that particular pardon. Did Biden not investigate it before issuing the pardon?
Trump pardoned many people recently convicted of violent crimes without first investing the circumstances of each conviction, as he clearly stated. Statistically, some of them are likely to return to their errant ways. When they do, people will blame Trump, who admitted that he did not give any consideration to the circumstances of the crimes because it would have been "cumbersome."
Everything they claimed Trump was going to do.. is what Biden did. Pre-emptive pardons on family members.
The outrage was real when they thought Trump was going to do it.... but they are like "oh well" when Biden actually did it.
Democrats are the party of hypocritical soy boys.

The liar in chief just tried to legitimize thugs. These are now the brown shirts of today's grifter party.
I say tried because we all know they are just common thugs with insecurity issues.
Wow, another Nazi Germany reference. How original.
If you knew your history it would occur to you that the brown shirts (SA) were effectively disbanded & it’s leadership purged after Hitler came to power in 1934 during the Night of the Long Knives. Hitler questioned their loyalty & feared that their reputation for street violence would make him appear illegitimate. The SS were elevated to be his preferred paramilitary force.
So if Trump is a literal Nazi & following in Hitler’s footsteps, now that he had been reelected president why we he pardon those J6 participants who you call brown shirts & common thugs?
These raids have always happened, but you're only hearing about it in the news because who is the President? There is literally a plot point in Cheech and Chong Up in Smoke about one.

You know Biden literally released a guy that executed two FBI agents as they lay on the ground wounded? Don't come at me about any of this J6 threatening nonsense when you have Biden who literally released a double murderer against the advice of the FBI and the parole board that had just denied his release.
I find it hilarious when leftists scream about Trump’s J6 pardons but are completely mute about Biden’s preemptive pardons of the J6 congressional subcommittee members for their alleged crimes. Only guilty people need issuance of and accept preemptive pardons, and that’s exactly what Democrats & the media said about the possibility of Trump issuing those at the end of his first term.

Trump has already rounded up and deported dozens of gang members, murderers, and rapists and he hasn't even been in office for a week. So you're fine that Biden didn't even do that much in the 4 years he was in office? He was a "decent" man. You're still the same miserable and horrible person you always were.
Talking about Biden pardons/commutations is a deflection from the specific issue of Trump's PARDONS of ALL J6 juried convictions. We can talk about Biden's pardons as it's very own subject.
Talking specifically about J6... lets be honest. The president just gave approval to militias who support him to use violence against his political enemies real or perceived no matter who they are. I'm sure thats a very exciting prospect for some of you.
The saddest thing about it all is that the J6 mob that day were manipulated into doing so by a lie. The only person who would have benefitted from that was Trump. To this day there is no evidence that 2020 was rigged. None that stood up in court or real scrutiny. The J6ers were used by Trump as pawns for his attempt to grasp power. Its sad to see otherwise good people fall under the manipulative spell of Trump's rhetoric willing to commit violence against their own brothers and sisters when the only person who will benefit is Trump himself.
What about the price of eggs?
1) We don’t call them mob, rioters, or insurrectionists anymore. They are patriots. Get with the program.
2). Trump did exactly what he promised to do during his campaign. It is no secret that he was going to pardon those patriots involved in J6. You know what was a surprise and who did the opposite of what he said? Joe Biden. He pardoned his son Hunter, then he gave preemptive pardons to the J6 council + Fauci + Milley, and finally he preemptively pardoned his entire family. Each of those Biden repeatedly promised he would not do as president. And yet, you call Trump a liar-in-chief and Joe Biden an honorable man.
Before you start thinking I'm psychic, you should realize that it's just statistics.
One of the pardoned J6 defendants has been killed by police. The police say that he was armed and struggled with a deputy during a traffic stop.
Quote:
ust after 4 p.m. on Sunday, a Jasper County Sheriff’s deputy pulled over 42-year-old Matthew Huttle of Hobart, Indiana State Police said in news release.
While trying to arrest Huttle, police say he resisted and began struggling with the deputy.
"An altercation took place between the suspect and the officer, which resulted in the officer firing his weapon and fatally wounding the suspect," police said.
Police added that Huttle "was in possession of a firearm" during the traffic stop but did not say whether he wielded the weapon or where exactly it was found.
“For full transparency, I requested the Indiana State Police to investigate this officer-involved shooting,” Jasper County Sheriff Patrick Williamson said in a statement. “Our condolences go out to the family of the deceased as any loss of life is traumatic to those that were close to Mr. Huttle.”

Another of the J6 rioters pardoned by Trump is wanted, but cannot be found, for prosecution for child solicitation. Trump let us all down when he broke his promise, because it would have been "cumbersome," to review the J6 rioter pardons on a case-by-case basis.

According to the Houston Chronicle, Taake was soliciting a person he “believed to be younger than 17 years of age.”
Trump did review each case. What you fail to understand is that the pardons were intended to right the injustices of Merrick Garland DOJ’s selective prosecution & in many cases the blatant denial of their constitutional rights. Many people that were pardoned are no models of civil society, nor are the George Floyd rioters that Biden’s DOJ directed to ignore for political convenience.
The thing is, and everyone knows this including far leftists such as Clyder, is if Biden didn't go after 1000+ people who were mostly grannies just walking around the capitol, and instead they focused on just the couple of dozen who supposedly attacked police officers, that no one would have cared and Trump wouldn't have pardoned them.
But when Biden made it so obvious that he was just weaponizing the Depart of "Justice" to prosecute Americans who disagreed with him then it forced Trump's hand to pardon all of them and none of us give a single shit about him doing so.
In other words: "Thanks, Biden!"
Everyone that rushed the Capitol is a hero. People don't just wake up and suddenly decide to do that shit. 2 trillion dollars stolen from SS trust, 30+ years of inept leadership, lies to get us into wars. These politicians should be on their hands and knees thanking the all mighty that they weren't swinging from lamp posts by the end of the day, because, they kind of deserve it.

No, not yet.
I guess whether or not you approve of a pardon depends on what you believe should be the primary purpose of imprisonment. If you are primarily concerned about punishment, then you would not release a jailed killer, even if you were convinced that the killer had reformed his life. If you are primarily concerned about deterrence, then you might release a jailed killer if you were convinced that the killer had reformed his life.
Trump flatly stated that he did not undertake a case-by-case analysis of the pardoned prisoners because it would have been a "cumbersome" undertaking. Clearly, then, the Trump pardons were not based on any belief that the prisoners had reformed. Instead, the pardons appear to have been based on a belief that punishment was not warranted.
Although I am not familiar with the Biden pardon you are referring to, perhaps because you have not provided a link, I do not believe Biden would pardon a killer without making his own determination that the killer had reformed his ways and was no longer a threat to society.

210 of them admitted in court that they did it because Trump incited them. Their words in court before judge, jury, and God.
I don't think their punishments were severe enough and certainly not happy those fuck heads are out.

It has been more than 4 years since this incident. All Trump said was we’re going to go down there and fight like hell. That isn’t enough to qualify as inciting a riot. The courts dropped the case and Trump was never found guilty of any crime related to January 6th. Our republic survived and there was a peaceful transition of power to Biden. Furthermore, Trump was recently elected president and won the popular vote, meaning the people of this country don’t share your sentiment.

Attorneys for at least seven accused rioters have referenced Mr. Trump in efforts to explain their clients' actions, according to statements and documents reviewed by CBS News.

“You become very self-interested very quickly when you’ve been charged by the Department of Justice,” said Elie Honig, a CNN legal analyst and former federal prosecutor. “Whatever political mission these people thought they were on while invading the Capitol, now that they might get locked up, they’ll point the finger wherever they need to. Political goals now go out the window.”

"Lawyers have not yet sought dismissal of charges or acquittal during a trial based on the idea that Trump incited their clients, instead making the claim as part of efforts to spare them from pretrial detention."
“If anything, it is an admission to criminal conduct,” Town, now the general counsel of cybersecurity firm Gray Analytics, told Reuters. “While this ineffective tactic may help with headlines, it will not help the fate of any defendant.”
lol
I never defended violence against women or anyone for that matter.
You are literally defending a 34 time convicted felon who paid off a porn star who he slept with while his wife was pregnant and who also was found guilty of rape then later defamation when you defend Trump.
You are literally defending over 1600 criminals who injured over 170 police officers when they broke into the Capital to stop the counting of a free and fair election of the United States.
So you can't actually point to a specific post on social media or a speech... just 200 people claimed Trump "told them" to break into the Capitol to get a lighter sentence.
I would point out that you've been played again.. but it's like a broken record.
The most gullible people make the best Democrats.
People with a brain that question things need not apply!
Are you seriously trying to claim that all of those criminals lied in court to say that Trump told them to do it so that they could get a lighter sentence? You're fucking kidding right?? Holy shit that's incredibly insane! So you know all those guys and they told you this? Lol
You literally did.. saying well maybe he's reformed from his wife beating days of 2021..... because you believe women need a firm hand to keep them in line.
You might want to revisit your facts again. And you defended our 46th President that literally showered with his own teenage daughter to the point the daughter had to find excuses not to shower...Quote:

It's amazing that a group of UNARMED protesters were able to "storm" the Capitol... we have protests there every single week.. and that was the only time it happened?Quote:

Stop being the dumbest AND most gullible among us... it's not a pretty look, even with a colorful scarf.
You're such a lying sack of shit. You didn't defend that illegal alien gang member? You didn't say it was time to "forgive" and "heal" from him beating his wife?
You can't have it both ways, Back. You either hate women or want to protect them. You clearly hate women. Can't back out now.
Defending a person's Constitutionally garunted rights is different than defending a person. You guys play dumb but I know you know that.
What I don't understand is why you get so apeshit angry when the truth about felon Trump and the Jan 6 insurrectionists comes up.
Your problem is you never once said that until now, probably because you realize you let the cat out of the bag about how much you hate women.
You never once condemned the illegal alien for beating his wife, instead you downplayed it by saying the wife supposedly said they "moved on" from him beating her and said it was time to "forgive" him and to "heal" from him beating his wife.
I thought time4fun had some shit takes on this forum, but damn, you really do excel at sucking.
Maybe because absolutely no one advocates for violence against women? That's a given. That's the norm. Yet here you are trying to make believe that I am for violence against women because I didn't explicitly say I wasn't when you accuse me of it in another thread where we were talking about constitutional rights. I know you know better than that yet here you are trying your hardest to smear me because you don't like the truth.
Do you also and equally condemn the murder of Abdulrahman Anwar al-Awlak, a U.S. citizen, by the our government? He received no due-process before a predator drone blew him to pieces. I’m sure you are also an advocate that a President shouldn’t have blanket unconditional immunity from criminal prosecution. Do you then agree Obama should be charged and convicted of murder?
Yeah not cool with assassination in general certainly not US citizens without due process. Not cool with blanket immunity for anyone really. Be my guest take him to court. After the American court take him to the ICC.
It won't change the fact that felon and sexual predator Trump pardoned all the people who assaulted police officers and broke into the capital to stop the counting of a free and fair election of the United States.
The only reason Trump wasn't convicted was because he won the election. He shouldn't have even been able to run in my opinion.
The only reason Trump was charged in the first place was precisely because he was running for president. Otherwise they would have done it years ago and wouldn’t need to bend the rules on statute of limitations in NY. You know and I know it was a political witch hunt.
We could go back and forth on this all day, but all the cases were dropped & the NY he was found guilty on they gave an unconditional discharge. You lost the election and the American people have spoken. The “lock him up!” strategy failed miserably. He will never see a day in prison & he is now POTUS. Why do you keep needlessly bitching about this? It’s Joever.
Also I’ll say that while I have a very low opinion of Obama’s character & performance as president and the murder of Abdulrahman Anwar al-Awlak was a monumental fuck-up, I do believe as SCOTUS affirmed that POTUS should have immunity for official acts. He deserves to be criticized but I do not advocate that Obama should be criminally prosecuted. Saying all this so you know I’m consistent.
The only reason he wasn't convicted was because the Republican party has sold their souls to the Golden calf Antichrist white supremacist devil in return for money and power.
Although recent statements by some Congress people have me wondering if they aren't beholden by threats of violence from crazy Trump supporters in their districts.
Sometimes when I read your comments I get irked at you. But then you post something like this and I remember it’s not entirely your fault; you are a victim of the Democrat party. They have brainwashed you so well that there is little to no hope for you.
Next time you post something dumb I’ll try to remember that I should be mad at the Democrats who fucked you up. They used you for the useful idiot that you are.
That's very sweet of you but I have to disabuse you of the notion that Democrat leadership brainwashes constituency. Democratic constituency informs democratic leadership. Democratic leadership works for the constituency for the most part. That's not to say that there aren't Democrats in Congress who are beholden to the corporations, lobbyists, and special interests. That's a government-wide problem that needs to be addressed.
I think the clear definition between opposing views in this country really is more about the right wing media sphere that has grown over the past 20 years. It is completely unregulated and full of misinformation. It is a barrage of constant bullshit meant to keep everyone guessing as to what is true and what isn't. It's being done on purpose to divide us the American people because if we unite we could close tax loopholes on the rich and help the poor, sick, and needy.
Was it right wing media that kept telling us that Biden’s mind was sound and he was fit for a second term? Was it right wing media that said Trump was colluding with Russia? Was it right wing media that said it’s absolutely preposterous to even question if Covid was created in a lab in a Wuhan disease research laboratory? Was it right wing media telling us that the 2020 Summer of Love events in every major city were fiery but mostly peaceful protests? Shall I continue?

I didn't realize that our Constitution "garunted" rights to non-citizens.
At least you sounded it out... you tried your best.
No one is shocked by this.. about any subject.Quote:
What I don't understand
Because it's just "your" truth. Your narrative. Your spin.Quote:
is why you get so apeshit angry when the truth about felon Trump and the Jan 6 insurrectionists comes up.
And by your, I don't actually mean yours.. since you haven't had an intelligent thought ever. You just repeat what you are told to repeat.
A smooth brain dead bot.
I have to disagree with you. There are not individual truths. There is only one. We don't get to pick and choose what is true and what isn't. You can believe what you want but if you choose not to believe the truth you're going to be on the outside of reality. This is a basic understanding mankind has had for centuries.
I just saw an interesting speech about this the other day. Except in the speech the man was speaking about morals. As a society we have, or had at one point, a shared structure of morals. We still do for the most part but right now there is a belief that individuals can pick and choose their morals. And while that's true the morals are still there whether people choose to view them or not.
He used a line from Abraham Lincoln that said if slavery is not wrong, nothing is wrong.
As a civilization, keyword civil, we have to understand that together we must support each other's rights, share a common moral structure, and share a common truth in order to be successful.
The truth about January 6th cannot be argued away by saying some people don't believe this or that. What we have found as a society is that Trump gathered these people together on the day of the certification of the election, riled them up with lies about a rigged election, and sent them to the capital to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power. Those who were caught on camera were given due process in a court of law before a judge, a jury of their peers, and God and found to be guilty of crimes such as assaulting police officers to name a few.
There is no way around that truth.
Truth is subjective and is influenced by one’s beliefs, values, and experiences. Facts are verifiable, objective, and can be proven true or false.
Let’s look at the facts of January 6th. What specifically did Trump say or do that incited the crowd to violence? You have been asked this question several times by PB and others, but you seem unable to present any facts that support your claim. “Fight like hell” isn’t enough and doesn’t meet the legal standard of inciting a riot or committing any crime.
https://youtu.be/8Aaymp0ZRpc?si=xWMKNDErDvg-OXeI
Sure there's subjective truth, like for you vanilla maybe your favorite ice cream flavor but it's not for someone else, and then there's objective truth where we all agree that ice cream is yummy and delicious. Okay okay that's subjective too but we can all agree that ice cream is cold.
So let's use your example of facts being right or wrong in saying that objective truth is the same thing.
The objective truth about the insurrectionists who assaulted police officers and broke into the nation's capital to disrupt the counting of a free and fair election is indisputable if not only for the video evidence. We saw them do it. It's not debatable or subjective.
The special attorney's investigation outlines Trump's crime as conspiring to obstruct an official proceeding. This has not been settled in court however. If we were to say conclusively that it was objectively true or factual we would need to see it play out in court in front of a judge, jury, and God and all creation. In America at the peak of civilization this is the best way we have to determine objective truth that we can all agree on.
To me the evidence is clear, evidence that I watched with my own eyes, that it is a fact that Trump conspired to interfere with the peaceful transfer of power and used lies to support that even when he knew otherwise.
Your party has coined the phrase "my truth" when the real truth isn't convenient.
Maybe check with MSNBC before pretending to be normal.
The Democrats have been on the wrong side of almost every issue.. slavery.. women's rights.. civil rights... defunding police... socialism...Quote:

And when history comes back against them.. they pretend that the Republicans were the ones that were for slavery.. that the Republicans were against women's rights... that the Republicans wanted to defund the police...
You don't have any footing to pretend you hold some moral high ground. You've never been on that ground. Ever.
The truth about 1/6 is that people entered the Capitol. That isn't in question.Quote:

The "truth" lies in everything else. I'm still waiting for a specific quote in full context you claimed Trump made that "incited" this event.
We have protests in Washington DC ALL.THE.TIME. Tens of thousands of people every year. Hundreds of thousands of people many years.
How were we so ill prepared for the 2500-3000 people that "breached" security and entered into the Capitol? Don't you find that weird and strange?
We have video of these people being escorted throughout the building.. having the doors opened for them... why did we do that if they were not welcome?
Why did we have dozens of FBI informants in the crowd that day? What was their role in all of this?
Why did the Biden Administration pardon everyone on the "fact finding" committee for January 6th?
Sometimes you have to turn off MSNBC and question events.. even if they hurt your fee fees just a little.
You've bought into everything the state run media has spoon fed you like a toddler.
Someday it will be time to grow up and question.
Ice cream being cold is subjective. If it melts in the summer sun before you eat it, you might say it’s not cold. Cold is also relative. As a Texan I consider temperatures in the 50s cold, where as an Alaskan may find that warm. We can scientifically verify the temperature of ice cream served and say it’s X degrees and therefore frozen. That is fact. See the difference?
What is fact is that Trump was never convicted of any crimes related to January 6th nor can you seem to articulate any tangible evidence that he committed a crime. Your feelings are clouding your judgement.
Hey Back are you ever going to tell us what Trump specifically said during his January 6 rally that somehow turned everybody violent?
Just a reminder of what happened on Jan 6 2021.
