Found a couple pretty cool enhancives today. Any thoughts on value?

1. a flame-cut alexandrite necklace: +6 spell aiming bonus, +2 aura bonus, +4 SL-Blessings bonus. And to make it even more awesome, it's mage rechargeable cloak of shadows. Crumbly/crumbly. A lot of charges

#1 should be 3x HCW. You can get the exact amount if a warrior assesses it. 20m, mostly just for rarity.
#2 Is +8 and can now be enchanted and has 12 points. 25m
#3 is unfortunately not worth more than 200k

Any thoughts on value for a fiery red orase runestaff? 6x with unbalance flares. Want to see if I should sell for a few extra coins prior to DR or hold on as a backup to my go-to staff. Thanks in advance!

I don't know much about forging, any thoughts on a heavy black ora slab? I was only able to find one prev auction (http://forum.gsplayers.com/showthread.php?119402-Heavy-Black-Ora-Slab-25lbs&highlight=black+ora+slab), but it's from Feb '19.

Is it correct to assume that black ora slab is black ora in name only and not in qualities beyond cursing (i.e. not true black ora)? If so, a couple hundred k up to 1m on the high end sounds about right. If it does have the true/pure black ora qualities, much much higher. Surprised that last one sold for so much unless it is true black ora.

Examining the breastplate closely, it looks like it is temporarily very heavily padded against critical blows.
