The Irish med school admission system is much like the British. As someone who intends to go to medical school, I have a little knowledge about the system.

Here is what I don't understand Tabor; If you are going to do the 6yr course that most uni's offer, why on Gods earth would you get one year into a bachelors degree and quit to come over to Ireland? All you need for that course is a high school diploma as they include a pre med year.

However, perhaps it is the case that you are getting your BS first... Now, if that is the case, you need an MSAT score for RCSI and some other uni's or a GAMSAT for most, which is the type of entry exam I will be doing.

What's interesting is, if you are getting your BS first, why not pick up a 4 year graduate entry course instead? Much quicker and I've found I will be able to with just my BA in sociology and MSc in Adult Nursing once I graduate. Your logic does seem a little strange...

I'm not the one bragging about intelligence, ego, education and being more important than others. I don't have a problem saying that I fucked up and was wrong. I spelled it wrong. BFD. Tabor would never admit that he was wrong, which was my point.

Ostrich tends to be an oftenly misspelled word, inserting the extra T. :shrug:
