Law enforcement sources confirm: Tyler Robinson, the alleged assassin of Charlie Kirk, is now in custody after a nationwide manhunt.
Here’s what we know:
- He was a scholarship student at Utah State University.
- His own father — a 27-year sheriff’s veteran — turned him in after the suspect allegedly confessed.
- His mother works for a Utah state contractor providing care services.
- He grew up in a $600,000 home in Washington, Utah.
Family social media shows him in a Trump Halloween costume back in 2017 and even posing with heavy weapons as a kid.
Arrest was made around 11PM Thursday in southern Utah.
Trump himself broke the news live on Fox, saying someone “very close” to the suspect handed him over — confirming it was the father.
Authorities made clear: Robinson will face the death penalty if convicted.
Still no confirmed motive.
