Now, imagine later someone finds out that the first team made it all up just to get the other team in trouble. That’s kinda what Tulsi Gabbard is saying happened. She says some grown-ups in charge a while ago (when Obama was the boss) might have helped make up a story about cheating, just to get the other team in trouble.
