The Nobel Prize is run by leftists and for leftists to win.

Trump has almost no chance. The only way is that there's no one else that's even close they could make a case for.

We got a watered down version of the Hearing Protection Act & Short Act included in the BBB. Instead of completely removing short barrel rifles/shotguns & silencers/suppressors from the NFA, the tax dropped from $200 to $0 for those items. They are still NFA regulated, so the BS process to obtain them & all the headache of ownership remains. Small win for 2A.

I suspect the next step will be to challenge the NFA regulation on those items in our legal system. The whole reason the NFA was able to survive historic legal challenges is because the courts found it as tax regulation (and not gun control) which they say Congress has authority on. If the tax is now $0, well that argument just no longer makes any sense…
