All the FBI has right now is probable cause. Court will decide if the FBI's actual evidence is enough to prove Judge Dugan guilty of what they accuse her of or not. If the FBI's evidence fails to show that Judge Dugan is guilty then the FBI is guilty of taking a presiding judge off the bench without cause which is obstruction of justice. They will have taken a non-guilty judge off duty preventing them from trying cases they are supposed to be trying thus obstructing our justice system for doing a job we pay it to do in service of we the people.

Right now it looks like puppy dog Kash and Herr Homan are trying to bully the judicial branch because of the hysterical zealousness the executive branch has about deporting people to concentration camps outside our country in an attempt to dispose of them.

On your first paragraph, a grand jury will decide if there is sufficient evidence to go to trial, not prove innocence or guilt. The rest of what you are saying is pure nonsense.

I agree this is surely to send a message that state judges cannot interfere with & obstruct federal law and criminal investigations. If they do, they will be held accountable. This is a good thing.

Edit: Last, it was the Wisconsin Supreme Court that suspended Judge Dugan indefinitely. Not Trump, not the FBI, not a federal judge…the state’s Supreme Court.

That is not at all how it works. Do you realize how fast our justice system would have collapsed if every time someone is found not guilty it means the police/victim/witnesses are all now guilty of a crime?
