Simply put the issue here is incarceration without due process.

No person should be locked up without a day in court to defend themselves against their accusors. The accusers must bear the burden of proof before a court. This is basic constitutionally guaranteed rights, guys.

If he's found guilty of all that stuff you guys are accusing him of then he needs to go to jail.

He entered he country illegally in 2016. He has been in the U.S. legally since 2019, which was during the first Trump term. I have no idea what you mean about his losing in court. The result of the 2019 court case, in which the first Trump Administration participated, was, as requested by Garcia, that he could be deported to any country except El Salvador and, until that time, he could legally live and work in the U.S. Garcia won that case, and the first Trump administration did not appeal.
