Look, clearly you guys are ok with it. That's perfectly fine. But the more you attempt to justify with "b-b-but OBAMABIDEN" it shows that you do see it for what it is. Straight up in your face corruption.

Trump hates the environment. We know this. He hates electric cars, car charging, windmills, and anything that might possibly take away from his oil industry buddy's profits. He has posted plenty of time we don't even need to go look for it. Elon pumped millions into Donald's election campaign. Elon's stock starts dropping because he has been given the keys to the kingdom and is dismantling our government which a lot of people depend on and people are fucking mad as hell about it. Trump does a complete 180 on electric cars to push Elon's Tesla. Elon pumps more money into Trump's campaign and makes some comical announcement that probably sounded a lot better in his head about increasing production in America like its some kind of big deal.

The grift is obvious.

Those other presidents were helping out the car industry, the move to electric cars which is a good thing for our environment and the generations to come, and the nation's economy as a whole.

Big difference.

But if you're ok with it you're ok with it. You don't have to justify it.

I went all the way back to when Bill Clinton was doing the same thing... that's 32 years of Presidents of both parties bringing US car manufacturers to the White House and advertise their vehicles... but the only one you want to cry about is the one where Trump does it.

Still, when looking at it next to Steak n' Shake's logo its not a stretch of the imagination to recall similar images of Nazi propaganda. The name Old English was just a name given to a specific font by the font maker. Anyone with the internet can look all of this up so I suspect whoever runs Steak n' Shake is trying to gaslight people over it.

Their marketing clearly states these are "throwback fries" ("throwback" as in from an earlier time period), so they used a font called "Old English" because it's, you know, from an earlier time period.

The "Nazi propaganda font" is often associated with Fraktur, a blackletter typeface that was used in Nazi Germany for official documents, posters, and propaganda, and is still recognized as such today.
